Come learn from the best as the Alaskan Cloggers teach Appalachian Clogging to all skills level at their workshops on Thursdays at Pioneer Park. While the steps are simple, the traditional folk dance makes for a stomping, tapping good time. The art of clogging has been passed down through generations, so to keep the tradition alive, students are encouraged to become teachers once they’ve mastered the rhythmic dance. This is a free event open to all levels, so don’t hesitate to grab your dancing shoes and learn a new skill this week!
