Hosted by the Alaska Reined Cow Horse Association (ARCHA) Fairbanks, Alaska June 9–10 at the Tanana Valley Fairgrounds
Get ready to kick off the 2025 ARCHA show season with the Black Gold Classic—our first show of the year, in Fairbanks, Alaska! This NRCHA-sanctioned event is open to all levels of riders, from seasoned competitors to first-timers. We’ll also feature a variety of ARCHA jackpot classes.
Classes include reined work, cow work, ranch events, boxing, and plenty of fun for all riders. Expect great competition, high-energy classes, and a supportive, welcoming community. New to Reined Cow Horse?
No problem! Our friendly group is here to help. We offer guidance for first-time competitors and youth riders—come get a feel for this exciting sport!
